Welcome to kardgames.com (“Kardgames”, “we”, “us”), operated by i-o-smart in Hong Kong. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What we offer
Kardgames provides interactive learning games, teaching and parenting resources, workshop materials, and (when available) a paid subscription, Kardgames Circle. Content and features may change or be withdrawn at any time.
2. Educational use, no guarantees
Our games and materials are learning aids. We do not guarantee any particular result, including exam scores or grades. Kardgames is not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam board or testing organisation. Names such as IELTS, DSE, YLE, KET, PET, GCE, IB and AP belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the level or purpose of our content.
3. AI-assisted content
Some of our games and materials are created or assisted by AI. We review them, but they may contain errors. Please use your own judgement and check important information.
4. Your use of the site
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or resell our content or games without permission;
- use bots or automated tools to access the site;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or restricted pages;
- use the site for anything unlawful or harmful.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including games, text, design, logos and the Kardgames name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may use it for personal, non-commercial learning. Teachers may use free games in their own classes. Any other use, including redistribution or commercial use, needs our written permission.
6. Parents and children
The site is intended for parents, teachers and students. Children under 13 should use it with a parent or guardian, who is responsible for their activity and for any account or purchase.
7. Workshops and restricted pages
Some pages, such as workshop materials, are password protected. Please do not share passwords or restricted content.
8. Subscriptions (when available)
Paid subscriptions, including Kardgames Circle, are not yet open. When they launch, prices, billing periods, cancellation and refund rules will be shown at the point of purchase and will form part of these Terms. Payments will be processed by Lemon Squeezy under its own terms.
9. Third-party links and banners
The site may include links or banners to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimer
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Please read it together with these Terms.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The latest version is always on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Disputes are subject to the courts of Hong Kong.
